Joseph joined Quartermaster Properties as Broker in Charge in March 2018. Previously a broker/agent with Keller Williams, he has been in the real estate sales and investment business since 2001. Prior to that he was in the US Navy for almost 30 years and moved at least 28 times during the course of his military career. He knows too well what it is to transition to a new location, make new contacts, i.e., plumber, repairman, dentist, veterinarian, schools, etc. Consequently, his first job is to help you acclimate to the area and find the services you need. And along the way if he can assist residents and newcomers to the Lowcountry and Upstate of South Carolina with their real estate needs, he is only too happy to help Joseph has a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate/Finance from Syracuse University, is a graduate of Air Command and Staff College, Montgomery, AL and holds a Master’s Degree in Aviation Safety from Central Missouri State. In addition, he is a retired Lt. Commander, US Navy.
