In exchange for listing a home or homes on Houselist.com I am agreeing to:
- Be bound by the Houselist.com’s membership Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.
- Waive any claim related to the inclusion, placement, exclusion, or removal of my listing on the Houselist.com Directory.
- Receive periodic email newsletters and announcements from Houselist.com.
Notice:
Listing a home? Your contact information will NOT be listed under ‘Places for Sale’ unless you log in and add the listing under “Add Home for Sale.” Realtors, be certain to list a companny name and a contact name. You may use either name for both if preferred; however, you will not be listed on the realtor database unless you provide both.

HouseList and Homecheck do not condone, support, or confirm any of the 3rd party opinions expressed on (houselist.com, homecheck.com, homecheckreports.com, homeinspectorsreports.com or houselisetingsforefree.com) and will remove any offensive material. Users may not display unacceptable pictures or information that will offend the other users of this site. If information such as this is displayed on HouseList or Homecheck, that individual who displayed this material will lose their listing, their membership, and will not receive a refund. Any claims of advice from a listing or 3rd party article are not the advice of (houselist.com, homecheck.com, homecheckreports.com, homeinspectorsreports.com or houselisetingsforfree.com) and these sites do not condone or substantiate any advice provided by users of this site through the Directory Listings and/or chat rooms, message boards, articles, etcetera. The information and services included in or available through the Service may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information herein. Houselist.com, homecheck.com, homecheckreports.com, homeinspectorsreports.com or houselisetingsforfree.com and/or their respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the Service at any time. HouseList and Homecheck do not represent or warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. Houselist.com, homecheck.com, homecheckreports.com, homeinspectorsreports.com or houselisetingsforfree.com, do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the Service or the materials made available as part of the Service will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable. PRODUCT GROUP TIMELINE:
Listings of Homes, Places for Rent, Realtors, Estate Sales and Home Inspectors are free. When posted via the online form the activation is immediate. Listings are submitted as they are entered. Therefore, any misspellings or mistakes will not be corrected by the HouseList or Homecheck staff. Users are allowed access through a Username and Password to edit their own listings. Any listings submitted via e-mail will take up to fourteen (14) days to be posted online. Users who submit via e-mail will be assigned, either at their request or as a default, a Username and Password so they may edit their own information. Web page creation may be purchased for a nominal fee. Web page creation will take from fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) business days. Upon receipt of information, the HouseList or Homecheck staff will begin the creation of the web page. An email notification will alert the customer when they may review their web page. If the web page is not reviewed within fourteen (14) days, after receipt of payment, it will be posted, live and as-is. No web pages will be posted until payment has been received.
REFUND POLICIES & PROCEDURES:
A thirty (30) day return policy will be implemented for all paid services. If a client is not satisfied with the Service, for whatever reason, a refund will be issued in the form of payment. For example, if a client paid by check, the refund will be issued in the form of a check. The client has thirty (30) days from the time they were billed to request a refund. Once thirty (30) days have passed, there will be no refunds issued. The refund policy will be submitted to each client in the form of an emailed confirmation letter or a mailed welcome letter or posted on the (houselist.com, homecheck.com, homecheckreports.com, homeinspectorsreports.com or houselisetingsforfree.com) websites.
enlighten technologies™ owns and operates HouseList and Homecheck. enlighten technologies™ will handle all billing, invoicing, refunding, and collections. If a client cancels an order and it has been approved for a refund by the President or Vice President of enlighten technologies™, there will be a ninety (90) day period in which enlighten technologies™ has to make the payment available to the client.
